New releases by Mobile Fidelity
Mobile Fiedlity (http://www.mofi.com“>) will probably release two more classic Bernard Herrmann albums in the near future. The first one out is The Mysterious Film World of Bernard Herrmann (1975) with music from The Three Worlds of Gulliver, Mysterious Island and Jason and the Argonauts. The next one is Music from the Great Film Classics (1971) with music from Citizen Kane/The Magnificent Ambersons, Jane Eyre, The Snows of Kilimanjaro and The Devil and Daniel Webster. Both albums which are originally London/Decca Phase 4 Stereo recordings, will be released on Ultradisc II gold CD and 200-gram LP with original cover and liner notes. The first one is sceduled for LP release in December and CD release in January.
