John Williams conducts excerpt from THE DEVIL AND DANIEL WEBSTER
Composer John Williams recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra an album of music by Oscar-winning composers called The Hollywood Sound, including score excerpts from Herrmann’s THE DEVIL AND DANIEL WEBSTER. Other excerpts are “Dances with Wolves,” “Out of Africa,” “The Best Years of Our Lives,” “Lawrence of Arabia,” “The Adventures of Robin Hood,” “The Godfather: Part II,” “Spellbound,” “A Place in the Sun” (with saxophonist Grover Washington), “E.T.” “Jaws,” and “Star Wars.” This was released Feb. 11th.
