Martin Silver, R.I.P.
Martin Silver (b 1934), former Music Librarian at UC Santa Barbara, passed away 17th February 2009. Martin established the Music Library at UC Santa Barbara and was its head until his retirement. He was a relative of Bernard Herrmann and created the Bernard Herrmann Archive at the UCSB.
